We recently welcomed a Customer Success Manager to our team, Sabine! We asked her to introduce herself through a few questions:
1. Tell me a bit about yourself as a Customer Success Manager:
As a Customer Success Manager the main goal is to set priority to our customers needs. I am a big fan of a problem solving way of life. I’ve always been a curious person, and I will always be looking out for the best possible solutions. Not only for our customers, but for my colleagues and co-workers as well.
Although I don’t have a technical education background, I have always felt a heart-warming feeling for technology and development. So when the opportunity came by to work for Xablu, I grabbed it with both hands. I am looking forward to work together on as many successful projects as possible.
2. What do you like to do in your free time?
Well, it seems fair to say I don’t have much free time – but when I do; I love spending time working out. You can find me in the CrossFit gym for several hours each week, or running in the park.
3. What will you be doing for XABLU?
As a Customer Success Manager my task is to keep in close contact with our customers. If there is a problem of any kind, it is my duty to get this problem out of the way as quickly as possible. But (even better); preventing a problem from ever happening due to good analysation and communication is on top of my priority list.
4. What has your experience at XABLU been like so far? What are you looking forward to?
I feel like I have the freedom to, sort of, run my own company within Xablu. Which works great for me. Although it is hard work – me and my colleagues are getting better at table tennis each week as well!
I’m looking forward to many successful years to come, being a part of seeing this company grow to the next level and most of all grow a strong and successful Xablu team!
