We build and back companies from within our own venture studio. As founders ourselves, we don’t just invest—we create, shape, and scale the businesses we fund. By launching ventures from inside the studio, each opportunity is validated, de-risked, and equipped with the expertise, network, and operational strength to grow into a market leader.
Our fund is structured as an evergreen model. Each quarter, we calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of every portfolio company, ensuring full transparency and flexibility for our investors. This allows us to continuously attract new capital, reinvest in our strongest ventures, and give our companies the long-term runway they need.
We invest at the earliest stages and remain deeply involved, providing follow-on investments as companies gain traction. With the studio model as our foundation and the evergreen structure as our advantage, we are building a resilient, compounding portfolio of industry-shaping ventures.
Our Managing Partners, Henk Kok and Arjan ten Buuren, successfully completed the VC Lab Cohort 17 accelerator program, where emerging managers are guided in setting up their fund, structuring operations, and closing with confidence.
Xablu Syndicate — Co-Investing with the Studio
The Xablu Syndicate allows investors to co-invest with us in the earliest stages of studio-born ventures. Each company has passed our selection process and launches with our own pre-seed investment, giving members access to highly validated opportunities.
As ventures grow, we continue follow-on investments and open co-investments alongside leading VCs. More than capital, the syndicate is a community of founders, operators, and angels combining networks and expertise to accelerate growth.
