What are you going to do?
As a WordPress developer you will first start researching the existing WordPress website and look for improvements based on design, text or SEO. You will also create and maintain a training planning page. You’ll be guided by our Marketing department to set up a strategy campaign.
After you’ve been briefed expectations by your colleagues and have learned a deeper knowledge of insights, you will start to work more independently. Although sparring with colleagues will always be a strong element. Considering customer requirements and filing out user reports are all part of the process.
Besides developing the WordPress website and existing templates, you’ll have the space and freedom to build new creative templates. In this case a creative mind could come in handy. Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software is necessary.
In this position you’ll have the freedom to work from wherever you want (office, home or elsewhere) and you have the possibilities to work on your own professional development.

- Good WordPress knowledge
- Available for (at least) 8 hours per week
- You can speak Dutch and English
- You work independently
- Design skills
- Good at prioritizing and planning
- Experience with SEO optimalization
- Interest in app development
- Ideally, programming experience
- You are a developer with a growth mindset based on Bachelor or Master level.
